HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Complete the Official Entry Form available inside the Onimusha 2: Samurai’s Destiny Retro Magazine by hand printing your complete name and mailing address, a valid email address and your birth date and mailing the Official Entry Form in a #10 envelope with sufficient First Class Postage to: Onimusha 2: Samurai’s Destiny Retro Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1008, Manhasset, NY 11030 (individually defined as “Entry” and collectively defined as “Entries”). All Entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2025 and received by August 7, 2025. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, stolen, postage due or mechanically reproduced Entries or Entries that have been tampered with or not obtained through legitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified. Mechanically reproduced Entries or any other means intended to impact the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in Sponsors’ sole discretion are void. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor has the right to dispose of the Entries at Sponsor’s sole discretion at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. By submitting an Entry, each entrant (or their parent or legal guardian if the entrant is under the age of the majority from which they reside) agrees to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at capcomusa.com/privacy. If, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, an Entry is inaccurate, incomplete or irregular in any way, or otherwise does not comply with the Official Rules, the Sponsor may disqualify that Entry.

Entry Limit. Limit one (1) entry per person. You may not use multiple means of entry (e.g., multiple names and mailing addresses) to circumvent the entry limit. Duplicate Entries or multiple Entries made by an Entrant in excess of the number allowed will be disqualified. Your Entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Sweepstakes and your consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver your name, address and other information to the Sweepstakes Administrator for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes.

Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries made through mechanical, or similar entry duplication method, and to disqualify any individual using such a method.

PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive one (1) trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest to Tokyo, Japan consisting of (i) round-trip, economy class air transportation from the major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Tokyo, Japan; and (ii) one (1) standard double occupancy room at a hotel (room and tax only) designated by Sponsor (i and ii collectively, “Grand Prize”). The total ARV of Grand Prize: up to $8,000; and TWENTY (20) FIRST PRIZES: Twenty (20) Winners will each receive one (1) Skateboard designated by Sponsor. ARV of each First Prize: $80. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $9,600. The ARV of the Grand Prize Trip may vary depending upon the point of departure, airline fare fluctuations and/or the time of year the trip is taken. Travel cannot take place during the months of March and April and travel dates are subject to other blackout dates and availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to travel. Grand Prize trip must be taken by July 31, 2026. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Grand Prize Trip description herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation between winner’s residence and airport of departure, ground transportation in Japan, in-room hotel charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies, etc.), gratuities, souvenirs, insurance, travel upgrades, baggage fees, and personal incidentals. Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card or debit card at the time of hotel check-in and will be solely responsible for any and all charges to Winner’s hotel room during his/her Grand Prize Trip. All Grand Prize Trip details not specified in the Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Selection of airline, departure airport and arrival airport are solely within Sponsor’s sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, baggage fees and/or security charges. Once issued, airline tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued. Open tickets may not be issued, and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor and travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, availability and other prize and travel restrictions. All Grand Prize elements must be redeemed at the same time. Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest must travel on the same itinerary to/from the same airport. Travel is subject to terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by selected travel providers, availability may vary, and material restrictions may apply. In the event the Grand Prize Winner is considered a minor within the jurisdiction from which the winner resides, the Grand Prize Winner must travel with a parent or legal guardian on the Grand Prize trip. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must have a valid U.S. Government Passport in order to travel. Sponsor and travel providers shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers, such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor and ravel providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or other items. If the Grand Prize Winner is unable to or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Grand Prize Trip due to any reason, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the Grand Prize award, and no other compensation in lieu of the Grand Prize will be awarded. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, The Centers for Disease Control and federal, state and local health departments, as required and if borders are closed due to COVID/any pandemic, Sponsor is not responsible. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must agree to abide by the latest travel guidelines/requirements at time of travel. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must also pass any required medical testing (at their own expense) and comply with any additional requirements, at any time, that may be required or recommended by any government agency, airline, or Sponsor, including without limitation, passing one or more COVID-19 antigen and screening tests, and testing negative for COVID-19 or having been vaccinated against COVID-19. Grand Prize Winner and Guest may also be required to execute any assumption of risk and/or other documents relating to COVID-19 or he/she may not be permitted to travel. Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator and the Released Entities are not responsible for any theft, personal injury, illness and/or death that could take place during the Grand Prize trip, including but not limited to exposure to viruses associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and other communicable diseases. Grand Prize Winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining their own medical and life insurance and the associated costs. All Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No refunds, cash substitutions or alternatives will be offered due to a winner’s inability to claim or use a Prize. If an advertised prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, a substitute prize of equal or greater value may be awarded in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The value of any Prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the approximate retail value thereof, and the actual fair market value, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event a stated approximate retail value of a Prize is more than the actual fair market value of a Prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. In no event shall the Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of Prizes stated in these Official Rules. No more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. Limit one (1) Prize per household.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS: Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator will contact the winners by the email address provided on the Official Entry Form at the time of Entry. Sponsor is not liable for a winner’s failure or inability to receive communications sent by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator to the contact information provided. To receive the Prize, a winner must: (a) respond to Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator within five (5) business days of initial contact to confirm eligibility; and (b) sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability and, where permitted, a Publicity Release (together, “Winner Paperwork”) to Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator within five (5) business days of Sponsor’s delivery. A potential prize winner may be disqualified under any of the following circumstances; i) if he/she cannot be reached by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator within the specified time period; ii) If a Prize notification or email address is returned as undeliverable; iii) if a potential prize winner is found to be ineligible; iv) if a potential prize winner does not return the required Winner Paperwork within the required time period; v) if a potential prize winner is unwilling to accept the Prize as stated in these Official Rules; or vi) if the potential prize winner does not comply with these Official Rules. Prize Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal and applicable state taxes on any Prize. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to supply Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator with his/her social security number. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W9 in order to redeem his/her prize. The Grand Prize Winner will be issued a FORM 1099-MISC for tax purposes as required by law. In the event a potential Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award that Prize to an alternate potential Prize Winner in a Random Drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received. First Prizes will be delivered within six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date a winner has been verified by Sponsor. Claims for non-receipt of a prize by any winner will be void after ninety (90) days from date of Winner Paperwork receipt.

POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND/OR THE SWEEPSTAKES ADMINISTRATOR. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FRAUDULENT CALLS OR EMAILS MADE TO THE ENTRANTS NOT BY SPONSOR OR SWEEPSTAKES ADMINISTRATOR OR FOR ANY CHANGE OF ENTRANT’S EMAIL ADDRESS OR MAILING ADDRESS.

GENERAL TERMS: Sponsor may disqualify any individual or void any entry if the entrant corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, untimely, or invalid entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending is not proof of delivery. Releasees (defined below) take no responsibility for delayed, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged, or lost entries due to technical reasons or otherwise. If the Sweepstakes cannot be run or be administered as planned, for reasons outside of Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (subject to any written directions given under applicable law). Sponsor further reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes doing so is necessary to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes or fairness to entrants. Sponsor will not be liable for a delay or failure to perform its obligations if caused by an act, omission, event, or circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. This Sweepstakes is governed by California law. By entering, you irrevocably consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California for any dispute arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes.
