NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR RECEIVE A GIFT. INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.
ELIGIBIILITY: The “Capcom MH Wilds Giveaway” (the “Offer”) is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least seventeen (17) years of age at the time the Survey is submitted. Void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited and restricted by law (“Participant”). Employees, officers, directors, members, shareholders, agents and representatives of Capcom U.S.A., Inc, (“Sponsor”), PCG365, LLC, (“Offer Administrator”), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, suppliers, or advertising, promotion, fulfillment or judging agencies (hereinafter, the “Related Entities”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (spouse and parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, grandparents and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or receive a gift in this Offer The words “you”, “your” and “Participant” are used herein to refer to the natural person participating in this Offer. The Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Offer. Receiving a Gift is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
SPONSOR: Capcom U.S.A., Inc., 185 Berry Street, Suite 4800, San Francisco, CA 94107 (“Sponsor”).
TIMING: The Offer begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Daylight Savings Time (“PDT”) on March 28, 2025 and will end at 11:59:59 PM PDT on April 30, 2025 or when all of the gift items have been distributed, whichever occurs first (“Offer Period”). The database clock of the Sponsor’s website is the official time-keeping device for the Offer.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Offer Period, follow all prompts and instructions regarding how to register, complete and submit the designated Survey. You will be asked to submit a valid email address, and your date of birth; and answer up to four (4) questions (individually defined as “Survey” and collectively defined as “Surveys”). Agreeing to continue to receive email messages from Sponsor is not required for this Offer. The Survey must be manually key-stroked and manually submitted entered by the individual participant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of Surveys (including but not limited to Surveys made using a script, macro, bot or other automated service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related IP addresses may be blocked. Mechanically reproduced Surveys or Surveys generated or submitted with the use of a robotic, macro, or script device, or other automated means or any other means intended to impact the integrity of the Offer as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion are void. Use of automated Survey or similar devices as defined herein but not limited to, aggregator sites and or provided links, or contracted services, which are used to participate, “game” or subvert the submission process is prohibited and all Surveys submitted or otherwise effectuated through such devices are void. All Surveys become the property of the Sponsor upon submission and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor has the right to dispose of the Surveys at Sponsor’s sole discretion. By submitting a Survey, each Participant (or their parent or legal guardian if the entrant is under the age of the majority from which they reside) agrees to abide by the terms of these Terms and Conditions and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at capcomusa.com/privacy. If, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, a Survey is inaccurate, incomplete or irregular in any way, or otherwise does not comply with the Terms and Conditions, the Sponsor may disqualify that Participant. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, un-received, damaged, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected Surveys, Surveys that are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error or Surveys not received for any reason.
Participant Limit. Limit one (1) Survey per email address. You may not use multiple means of submitting a Survey (e.g., multiple email accounts) to circumvent the Survey limit. Duplicate Surveys or multiple Surveys made by a Participant in excess of the number allowed will be disqualified. Your Survey constitutes your consent to participate in this Offer.
Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Offer, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Surveys made through robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar submission duplication methods, or Surveys made through any third-party website, and to disqualify any individual using such a method.
Use of a mobile device to participate in this Offer is not required. If you use a mobile device to participate in this Offer, message and data rates may apply, and Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable charges. Please consult your wireless-service provider regarding its pricing plans.
GIFT ITEM DISTRIBUTION: Once the Survey is submitted, the Participant will receive one (1) Offer Code redeemable for one (1) Gift per Participant. Each Gift consists of five (5) different in-game consumables. The number of Gifts to be distributed is as follows:

If there is a dispute regarding the identity of a Participant, the registered account holder of the email account used to submit the Survey will be deemed the Participant, subject to such owner’s compliance with the Terms and Conditions. Offer Code and Gift have no monetary value. Gifts are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No refunds, cash substitutions or alternatives will be offered due to a Participant’s inability to redeem or use an Offer Code and/or Gift. No more than the number of Gift stated in these Terms and Conditions will be distributed. Limit one (1) Gift per Participant.
GENERAL TERMS: Sponsor may disqualify any Participant or void any Survey if the Participant corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Offer. This includes, for example, the use of computer ‘script,’ ‘macro,’ or ‘brute force,’ masking identities by manipulating IP addresses, or using any automated means to submit a Survey in this Offer. Sponsor may disqualify any Participant or void any Survey if the Participant uses a username or email address that belongs to or is already being used by another person, whether actual or fictitious, that may be interpreted as impersonating another person, or violating the rights of any person. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, untimely, or invalid Surveys will not be accepted. Proof of submitting a Survey is not proof of delivery. Releasees (defined below) take no responsibility for delayed, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged, or lost Surveys due to technical reasons or otherwise. If the Offer cannot be run or be administered as planned, for reasons outside of Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Offer (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) by posting a notice on the Survey page. Sponsor further reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Offer if Sponsor believes doing so is necessary to maintain the integrity of the Offer or fairness to Participants. Sponsor will not be liable for a delay or failure to perform its obligations if caused by an act, omission, event, or circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. This Offer is governed by California law. By participating in this Offer, you irrevocably consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California for any dispute arising from or relating to this Offer.
USE OF INFORMATION/PRIVACY POLICY: The information that you provide in connection with the Offer may be used for Sponsor’s internal purposes, to send you information about Sponsor's products and offers, and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. For more information about Sponsor’s use of personal information, see Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www capcomusa.com/privacy. By participating in the Offer, you hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. You may unsubscribe from any email communication by clicking the “unsubscribe” (or similar) link at the bottom of any marketing email sent from Sponsor or by contacting Sponsor.
RISK; WARRANTIES; RELEASE OF CLAIMS: Your participation in the Offer is at your own risk. Releasees (as defined herein) do not make, and hereby disclaim, all implied warranties of any kind relating to a Gift, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and noninfringement, or any representations regarding the function or operation of the Gift. By participating in this Offer, you agree to release and hold the Related Entities and their respective agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Releasees”) harmless from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage directly or indirectly relating to (i) the provision, hosting, sponsorship, administration, suspension, or cancellation of the Offer, (ii) a person’s ability or inability to participate in the Offer, including those arising from technical failures, third-party telecommunication outages, or other force majeure events, (iii) any determination of disqualification or other decision made by Sponsor in its sole discretion, (iv) your ability to claim, or use a Gift, or to otherwise participate in any activity relating to the Offer, (v) the Gift itself, including use or misuse of a Gift, and/or (vi) electronic or human error, or events arising from the simple negligence of one or more Releasees. You further agree to expressly and forever waive all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) (or any similar law applicable to your jurisdiction) which reads: A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY. You acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms and Conditions and Sponsor’s privacy policy and understand them. You acknowledge and agree that this is a complete RELEASE and DISCHARGE of all claims and rights against the Releasees and that this release will be binding upon a Participant’s heirs, executors, and administrators, and anyone claiming by or through a Participant or Gift recipient.
